At Found Atelier, we ensure that all our products are shipped safely and reliably from the Netherlands. We apply fair shipping costs based on your location, as detailed below.
Please note that orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been placed. We require 1-2 business days to process your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email, allowing you to monitor your package. Estimated delivery times are listed below.

Important Information: During busy periods, such as promotions, processing times may be slightly longer. Found Atelier ships on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the next business day.
If your package arrives damaged due to shipping, please email us at info@fndatelier.com within 5 business days, including photos of the damage, so we can assist you promptly.
